Muay Thai and boxing enthusiast, home gym owner, and marketing expert. Matt started Home Gym Mentor to help others avoid the trial-and-error he went through building his own garage gym.

Christopher Geliga – Certified Trainer
NPTI-certified personal trainer with a specialty in bone health. With 7 years of personal training experience, Chris uses his deep knowledge of fitness and health to help others reach their fitness goals.
