Credentials and Education
Christopher Geliga is a Certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), a Department of Education–licensed program recognized nationally and internationally. His diploma-level certification includes over 200 hours of hands-on training, 50 hours of post-graduate mentorship, and comprehensive instruction in fitness, nutrition, and client programming.
Chris also earned a specialty in Osteoblast Training, focusing on improving bone density and joint health through resistance-based protocols, ideal for long-term strength and injury prevention. His background additionally includes specialized training in kickboxing, which he incorporates into conditioning plans and goal-specific training programs.
His credentials are valid for life and represent a higher level of education than most traditional CPT certifications.
What is Osteoblast Training?
Osteoblast Training focuses on improving bone density and long-term skeletal health. This method is especially helpful for clients aiming to prevent injuries, age strong, and build a durable foundation for fitness.

Outside of training, Chris is an undefeated amateur Muay Thai fighter with an 8-0 record and two championship belts. He’s passionate about helping others build both physical and mental strength by setting and achieving goals that matter.
